Friend of the Angelika Gwen Reyes (Reel Vixen) recently sat down with director John Krokidas about his film KILL YOUR DARLINGS. They discuss everything about the journey of the film from its inception to completion – from what it was like to work with Daniel Radcliffe and the other amazing actors involved in the project, to the great advice Daniel gave John, to the food they had on set.

A dynamic portrait of the early days of the Beat Generation, KILL YOUR DARLINGS is the riveting true story of a crime that brought together a young Allen Ginsberg, Jack Kerouac, and William Burroughs at Columbia University in 1944, providing the spark that would lead to a revolution. Daniel Radcliffe fearlessly takes on the role of the young Ginsberg alongside Ben Foster (3:10 TO YUMA), Jack Huston (Boardwalk Empire), Michael C. Hall, and Dane DeHaan as Beat muse Lucien Carr, whose notorious 1944 murder provided the nexus that spawned a cultural movement.

KILL YOUR DARLINGS is now playing at the Angelika Dallas and Plano.
