Terms & Conditions
Registered Angelika Members are able to earn and accumulate “Points”. For every 100 Points, guests will receive a $5 reward which can be redeemed at the Angelika box office, concession stand, ticketing kiosk, or online at angelikafilmcenter.com or on the Angelika Film Center mobile app.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING, USING, OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THE ANGELIKA MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AS THEY MAY BE CHANGED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. YOU SHOULD REVIEW THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND RELATED POLICIES FREQUENTLY TO UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN ANGELIKA MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM.

Joining Angelika Membership
U.S. RESIDENTS AGE 18 OR OLDER ARE ELIGIBLE TO JOIN ANGELIKA MEMBERSHIP. YOU MAY ONLY HAVE ONE (1) ANGELIKA MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT THAT IS PERSONAL TO YOU. ANGELIKA MEMBERSHIP IS NOT TARGETED TOWARDS, NOR INTENDED FOR USE BY, ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18. CORPORATIONS, GROUPS AND ASSOCIATIONS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ANGELIKA MEMBERSHIP. EMPLOYEES AND/OR EMPLOYEES OF OUR AFFILIATES, DIVISIONS OR RELATED COMPANIES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR MEMBERSHIP.
You will need a digital Angelika Membership card obtained through the Angelika Film Center web site or mobile app (a digital card will be referred to as a “Card”) to become a registered member of Angelika Membership. You can receive a Card by:
(1) Enrolling online at https://www.angelikafilmcenter.com/account/signup.
(1) Download the Angelika Film Center mobile app to your Android™ or iPhone® device. Follow the prompts to create an account or log in to existing account and Join Angelika Membership.
In order to join Angelika Membership, you are required to provide the following information: name, gender, mailing address, email address, Card number, birthday, phone number and favorite theatre.
Earning Points
Angelika Membership members earn Points by joining and presenting their card prior when making purchases at Participating Locations and online at https://www.angelikafilmcenter.com/ (each, a “Qualifying Purchase”). You will accumulate Points commencing with the first Qualifying Purchase and will continue to accumulate Points with each additional Qualifying Purchase.
Subject to the restrictions below, you will earn Points as follows:

One (1) Point for each dollar spent on (a) movie ticket purchases at a Participating Location box office (including at lobby kiosks by manually entering your Card number), online at www.Angelikafilmcenter.com or through the Angelika Film Center mobile app, and (b) concessions and food and beverage items purchased at Participating Locations; and online at www.Angelikafilmcenter.com or through the Angelika Film Center mobile app
In addition, you may earn Bonus Points by meeting the terms of limited-time promotional opportunities offered by Angelika in connection with certain purchases.
The following restrictions apply to the accumulation of Points:

If you use coupons or other special offers at the time of a Qualifying Purchase, you will earn Points in accordance with the discounted amount actually paid.

Regardless of purchase price, you may earn a maximum of three hundred (300) Points per Qualifying Purchase and five hundred (500) Points per day.

To maintain your Points, you must earn at least one (1) new Point during any consecutive twelve (12) month period, or your Point balance will expire.
Membership Points
Subject to the restrictions below, as your Points accumulate, you will be able to pay for Qualified purchases using your membership points,” which, subject to the prior registration of your Card, you may redeem at Participating Locations toward the purchase of movie tickets, concession items, and other food or beverage purchases.
You may use your membership points by presenting and scanning your Card at a Participating Location’s box offices, concession stands, food and beverage items, at www.angelikafilmcenter.com or the Angelika App, at the time of purchase.
The following restrictions apply to Membership Points:

Your Card must be registered to earn and use Rewards Dollars.

You will not earn Membership Points on purchases of Gift Cards but may use your points to purchase Gift Cards at the cinema or www.angelikafilmcenter.com.

Your ability to use Membership points to purchase alcoholic beverages may be limited by applicable law.

You must use your Membership Points at time of purchase and may not exchange Membership Points for credit against a previous Qualified Purchase.

Membership Points are non-transferrable and have no cash value.

You may incur taxable income in connection with earning and using Membership Points as provided by law.

All of your Membership Points will expire if you do not redeem or earn Membership Points in any rolling 12-month period, even if you have earned Points during this same 12-month period.
Other Benefits
You may receive other benefits by participating in Angelika Membership, Food and Beverage Discounts, Discount tickets on advertised Discount days and other member-only promotions and offers. All Angelika Membership benefits are subject to change at any time without notice. You may also receive email communications Angelika Film Center and from authorized third-party partners that help us provide membership benefits or offers directly to our members. You may opt-out of these emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in such emails.
Disclaimers; Limitations on Liability
PARTICIPATION IN ANGELIKA MEMBERSHIP AND RECEIPT OF ANY OF ITS ASSOCIATED BENEFITS IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. MEMBERSHIP POINTS AND ANY OTHER BENEFITS THAT MAY BE PROVIDED BY ANGELIKA TO YOU ARE PROVIDED ONLY ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. ANGELIKA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY LAW, ANGELIKA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF ANGELIKA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES) RESULTING FROM (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE POINTS AND/OR PROGRAM BENEFITS; (ii) MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED VIA THE USE OF THE PROGRAM; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF A MEMBER’S PROGRAM DATA; OR (iv) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO ANGELIKA MEMBERSHIP.
Indemnification
You agree to release, indemnify, and hold Angelika harmless from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way related to your breach of these Terms and Conditions. Further, you agree to reimburse Angelika for any Membership Points or other Angelika benefits that were fraudulently or inappropriately obtained by you in Angelika’s sole determination.
Amendment to Terms & Conditions
Angelika may amend, modify, or otherwise change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice or liability, even if the changes affect Point and/or values and earning of Pints or redemption opportunities, by posting revised Terms and Conditions located at https://www.angelikafilmcenter.com/angelika-membership/terms-conditions. Angelika may change the list of Participating Locations at any time and from time to time without notice. Any such amendment or change will take effect immediately upon posting, unless otherwise provided, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such amendments, modifications, or changes. You may view the current version of these Terms and Conditions at any time online at https://www.angelikafilmcenter.com/angelika-membership/terms-conditions. You are responsible for checking for updates to Angelika Membership program rules from time to time.
Cancellation of Angelika Membership
Angelika may cancel Angelika Membership at any time. You will be notified of any such cancellation in the manner provided by applicable law prior to the effective date of the change. You may cancel your Card at any time by emailing a request to Membership@AngelikaFilmCenter.com. If you cancel voluntarily, you may not reactivate your Card but are eligible to obtain and register a new Card without the benefit of the previously earned Points and Rewards.
Angelika may terminate your account and/or your participation in Angelika Membership if Angelika determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms and Conditions, you have more than one (1) account, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions, and the respective rights and obligations of the parties are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
Binding Arbitration
By using the Angelika Membership Program, you agree that: (a) Any claim, dispute, or controversy (whether in contract, tort, otherwise) that you may have with, or claims you may have against, us arising out of, relating to, or connected in any way with the program, or the determination of the scope or applicability of this Agreement, will be resolved exclusively by private, final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and conducted before a sole arbitrator pursuant to the Code of Procedure established by the AAA; (b) this arbitration agreement is made pursuant to a transaction involving interstate commerce, and shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16; (c) the arbitration shall be held in Clark County, Nevada, or at such other location as may be mutually agreed by you and us; (d) the arbitrator’s decision shall be controlled by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any of the other agreements referenced herein; (e) the arbitrator shall apply Nevada law consistent with the FAA and applicable statutes of limitations, and shall honor claims of privilege recognized at law; (f) there shall be no authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class or representative basis; arbitration can decide only your and/or our individual claims and the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated; (g) the arbitrator shall not have the power to award punitive damages against your or us or Angelika or our Affiliates; and (h) if any part of this arbitration provision is deemed to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, or otherwise conflicts with the code of procedure established by the AAA, the balance of this arbitration provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid, unenforceable, illegal or conflicting provision were not contained herein.
This Agreement, together with any Additional Terms, Rules, our Privacy Policy and any other regulations, procedures and policies which we refer to and which are hereby incorporated by reference, contains the entire understanding and agreement between you and the Site and supersedes any and all prior or inconsistent understandings relating to the Site and your use of the Site. This Agreement cannot be changed or terminated orally. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, this will not affect any other provisions and the Agreement will be deemed amended to the extent necessary to make it legal, valid and enforceable. Any provision which must survive in order to allow us to enforce its meaning shall survive the termination of this Agreement; however, no action arising out of this Agreement or your use of the Program, regardless of form or the basis of the claim, may be brought by you more than one (1) year after the cause of action has arisen (or if multiple causes, from the date the first such cause arose).
Lost or Stolen Card Number
If you lose your Card number and/or are unable to log on to your account or feel your card number has been stolen you may e-mail Membership@angelikafilmcenter.com to report the issue or stolen card number. Upon receipt of such a report, Angelika will reach out to assist with getting access to your account and card number or replace your card number with a new one if it has been stolen. Angelika is not responsible for any unauthorized redemption of points or other benefits prior to receiving notification that the Card number has been lost or stolen.
Miscellaneous
These Terms and Conditions do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Angelika for products, services, or otherwise.
The Angelika Membership program is operated by Angelika Film Center, or its subsidiaries, licensees, and affiliated companies (collectively, “Angelika”).
Points and other rewards earned under Angelika Membership are promotional and have no cash value.
