By clicking the link on our homepage, visit Host an Event at the Angelika Film Center. By filling out our form, you can request a reservation to rent out a theater for a private screening of the film of your choice – with just your family and friends! 

With your reservations, you’re given the opportunity to choose between the box office hit movies currently playing, or you can bring in your own movie to stream. The internet access, computer, Blu-Ray, and DVD projection gives you the option to show nearly any film of your choice. Look to the bottom of the article for each of the locations’ full assets.

Another birthday party option is to purchase group tickets! If you’re planning a party of over 25 attendees, you can receive a significant discount at the box office! This will include just the tickets to an open showing of the currently-screening film of your choice.

Angelika at Mosaic in Fairfax: Our 8 auditoriums can hold groups ranging from 96-295 people. We also have a cafe in our first floor lobby, a lounge, and an outdoor patio. Our auditoriums are equipped with Barco 2K or 4K digital projection, Dolby Digital 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound, Blu-Ray and DVD projection, on-screen computer projection, wall-to-wall screens, customizable lighting, and 35mm projection. We also have cafe and concessions options available, from popcorn to coffee to flatbread pizzas.

Angelika Pop-Up in DC: Our 3 theaters are fitted with Barco 2K digital projection, Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound, Blu-Ray and DVD projection, on-screen computer projection, and wall-to-wall screens. Our auditoriums have capacities of 94, 59, and 57 people, respective to the theater numbers, and we have a lounge fitting up to 60 people. Our concessions menu is stocked full of sweet treats, savory snacks, and craft beer and wine for the adults – ready to go for your special day!

Angelika Dallas: Our auditoriums range from a capacity of 105-296 guests, fitting Barco 2K or 4K digital production, Dolby Digital 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound, high-speed internet access, Blu-Ray, DVD, 35mm, and on-screen computer projection on our wall-to-wall screens. Our cafe has great options for a birthday party, including boneless wings and flatbread pizza, as well as beer, wine, coffee and more. 

Angelika Plano: Between first and second floor lobbies and 5 auditoriums (ranging from 114-299 seats), there is a ton of space to host your best birthday party. Our auditoriums are equipped with Barco 2K digital projection and Dolby Digital 5.1 and 7.1 surround sound, as well as Blu-Ray, DVD, 35mm, and on-screen computer projection on our wall-to-wall screens. Angelika Carmel Mountain: With 12 auditoriums, a patio, and a lounge, we can host up to 91 people in the auditoriums, and could fit up to 180 people in the cafe and lobby, or up to 465 in the outdoor patio. Our auditoriums are ready with Barco 2K DLP Digital Projection, Dolby 3D, Dolby 5.1 and 7.1 surround sound, DCP, Blu-Ray, and DVD projection, as well as on-screen computer projection, and customizable lighting and sound, with ADA accessible assisted listening devices available for use, so all can enjoy. 

Cinema 123 by Angelika: Our 3 auditoriums are equipped with Barco 2K digital projection, Dolby Digital 5.1 and 7.1 surround sound, as well as Blu-Ray, DVD, 35mm, and on-screen computer projection available. You can also have an assortment of concession treats, from popcorn to candy.
